Earthquake II - 2years 11months old.

Zo Ee at 2year 11months 3days old. (14/3/2011)

On Monday afternoon, Mummy overheard little Zo Ee talking to her music teacher, "Yesterday(Zo Ee's referring all event that happened in the past to yesterday), there was a(n) earthquake in Japan. Everything falling down. The plates(Earth plates) shake shake shake like this and everything fell down. Earthquake damaged the cupboard, damaged the sofa, table, television, book shelf , cars and houses. Everything fell down, broken and damaged. Need builders to repair them. Builders will build and repair them again. Then everything will be fine again."

Mummy was awed listening to this in silent. Mummy only told her about the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan and simple explanation for her understanding. And is amazed she truly understood what happened 3days ago and she even added more information(last 5 sentences) to it.

When Mummy told the neighbour that she was telling this to her music teacher, our neighbour who is always amazed with Zo Ee, asked her, "Zo Ee, what happened to Japan?" Zo Ee answered, "Earthquake." Neighbour, "What else happened to Japan?" Zo Ee was busy playing and maybe she didn't really understand her question. When Zo Ee was not responding, this time she asked, "What is the big wave that washed up upon Japan?" Immediately, Zo Ee looked at her and replied, "That's the Tsunami."

So pretty amazed to hear such a explanation from a 2years 11months old toddler. Maybe Mummy should explain to her about the nuclear explosion too.
